Vitamin C Summer Refresher

SmoothieIngredients:

*  1/2 C organic strawberries, stems removed

*  1/2 C fresh squeezed OJ

*  Handful of spinach

*  Handful of kale

*  Juice of 1 lime

Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend away! If you prefer you’re smoothie thicker, less OJ, if you prefer it more citrusy and thin, poor more in!  Sidenote: It tastes better if you drink from a straw, but that’s just our opinion.
