Cinnamon Almonds!

2 C raw almonds
3 tbsp. stevia
2 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. salt
1 egg white


Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine the cinnamon, stevia and salt in a small bowl. Place the almonds in a larger bowl and pour the whisked egg white over the top. Add the dry ingredients over the almonds and mix with a spatula to make sure the almonds are evenly coated. Pour the almonds on the baking sheet so they are evenly dispersed. Bake the almonds in the oven for 5 minutes. Take them out and stir them, then bake them again for another 5 minutes. Take the almonds out and allow them to cool before chowing down!
